Headquartered in Medina, Ohio, the Onebridge Center provides pre-employment and job development services, job and digital training to those with barriers to employment and business services such as workforce development, disability inclusion and diversity training.

Anita Murphy

CEO/Commnity Developer

Anita brings a combined 25 years of professional and personal experience with providing person-centered and family-focused supports and care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Currently leads Onebridge team in providing job readiness training and employment services and is the Community Developer in Cuyahoga County. Anita focuses on setting the strategic direction of the company, providing operational direction and setting company values. Anita also has a digital marketing background and believes in providing services and training on technology that will help individuals with cognitive disabilities gain an advantage in their community and workplace. Anita is customer-service driven and consistently instills that within the organization.

Prior to founding Onebridge Support Services she spent six years running her first human service agency before selling it in 2012 which served individuals with developmental disabilities in Cuyahoga, Medina and Lake counties. She is also known for her passion for entrepreneurship. Anita also a Trainer with experience in teaching  other business owners focused business strategies and implementation processes to accelerate lasting transformations. She is also a veteran of the United States Army Reserves.

Sara Tondra

Sara has over 15 years of experience as a Marketing Manager and 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Strategist. She also worked as a marketing professional in different roles for various industries and holds a degree in Marketing.

During her tenure in various roles, she discovered an excitement for helping others through creative ideas and innovative solutions. Sara has experience in recruiting, hiring, payroll processing and other HR-related matters.

Bryan Best, CESP

Bryan brings almost 20 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation and basic computer training for individuals with disabilities. He has a background in providing job-seeking skills and computer training. Brings extensive knowledge of OOD services and understanding of the needs of individuals. He is currently CESP certified. Committed to excellence in service delivery. Bryan lives at home with his wife and two retired racing greyhounds. In his spare time he likes history so he likes to read and go to museums.

Laura serves Onebridge by supporting clients by advancing their computer skills. She brings skills through her past life experiences.

Laura worked as a homeschool teacher for 5 years, focusing on her ability to meet individuals where they’re at in their education, and encouraging them to reach their full potential.

During this time Laura discovered her passion for making a difference in the lives of others by focusing on individualized learning. Her goal is to help others manage their own work schedule and reach for higher goals by offering patience, organization and commitment to each client.

Laura spends her free time as an artist who created a line of Adult Coloring Books. She enjoys listening to music, spending time with her son and her cat.

Judy Skoczen

With over three decades of invaluable experience, Judy has dedicated her career to making a profound impact on countless lives.

She worked as an Intervention Specialist in a variety of settings as well as a Special Education Administrator for over twenty years. In addition, she is also a licensed Transition
Coordinator and have provided Job Coaching services for a number of years for Summer Youth Work Experience.

During her experiences in the public schools, she worked closely with families, students, OOD, and local boards of Developmental Disabilities in planning for future success. Teamwork, collaboration and communication are at the forefront of transition planning.

Angelina has been an educator in northeast Ohio for nearly three decades.  She is committed to and continues her vocation and passion for helping people achieve their full potential.  Wife and mother of two boys, life is always progressing!
