Anita brings a combined 25 years of professional and personal experience with providing person-centered and family-focused supports and care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Anita focuses on setting the strategic direction of the company, providing operational direction and setting company values. Anita also has a digital marketing background and believes in providing services and training on technology that will help individuals with cognitive disabilities gain an advantage in their community and workplace. Anita is customer-service driven and consistently instills that within the organization.
Prior to founding Onebridge Support Services she spent six years running her first human service agency before selling it in 2012 which served individuals with developmental disabilities in Cuyahoga, Medina and Lake counties. She is also known for her passion for entrepreneurship. Anita also a Trainer with experience in teaching other business owners focused business strategies and implementation processes to accelerate lasting transformations. She is also a veteran of the United States Army Reserves.
Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Sara has over 15 years of experience as a Marketing Manager and 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Strategist. She also worked as a marketing professional in different roles for various industries and holds a degree in Marketing.
During her tenure in various roles, she discovered an excitement for helping others through creative ideas and innovative solutions. Sara has experience in recruiting, hiring, payroll processing and other HR-related matters.
Adult Disability Instructor
Bryan brings almost 20 years of experience in computer training for individuals with disabilities. Previously he spent time at 2 different agencies in the greater Cleveland area. He has a background in computer training, BWC training and course design. Bryan lives at home with his wife and two retired racing greyhounds. In his spare time he likes history so he likes to read and go to museums.
Adult Disability Instructor
Tom has over 30 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. His background includes Case Management for OOD consumers and experience with supervising and implementing employment based programs. He grew up in Cleveland and is a big fan of local sports teams. He loves to travel, and has been in 48 of the 50 states.
Mary has worked in a variety of positions throughout her career. It has provided her with a diverse background including technical writer, localization coordinator, documentation change specialist, bookkeeper, and property manager. Her favorite positions were those that allowed her to build on her current skill set and to train others to broaden their skill set within their functional roles. She has lived in Northeast Ohio for all of her life, with the exception of 15 months in Colorado. She enjoys exploring the wonderful park systems in Ohio and reading.

Jeanie brings a diverse background with over 30 years of Retail Management and business ownership. For the last few years she spent time as a DSP in Medina County. Her drive is to make a difference. Her background will enable her to assist with securing employment.
Jeanie lives with her husband and dachshund mix “Grace”. In her spare time she also enjoys boating, camping and spending time with her 6 grandchildren.

Jobe has 2 years’ experience working with individuals in the DD field. He has been working with the public for 15 years. Jobe is a father of four that enjoys fishing and gaming. His favorite part about helping people is seeing the joy on their face when they learn something new.

Samuel Apata is a creative thinker with a passion for creating
motivational, meaningful, and memorable learning that deeply engages
learners, develops skills, and inspires better performance. He has a
bachelor’s degree in Animation and an M.A. in Instructional Systems
Design, both from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
In his current role as the President of the ATD Fort Worth/Mid-Cities
Chapter, he works with a dedicated board of directors to create value
for members and the larger community through effective talent
development programs. Samuel is also a Senior Instructional Designer
with over seven years of experience developing and retaining talent
for global organizations like T-Mobile, American Airlines, GM
Financial, and currently Fossil Group. Prior to these roles, Samuel
worked in advertising as a Copywriter, and Branding Consultant.
He is a regular contributor to the Articulate E-Learning Heroes
Community where his projects have been featured multiple times. He
currently leads the Special Interest Group (SIG) on e-learning. You

Rhonda Williams is a Corporate Trainer and Business Coach to clients the world over. As an engaging instructor, dedicated business mentor, skilled database designer, and creative website developer Rhonda is highly sought after in diversified markets and industries, government agencies, and workforce development community education programs in colleges across the country. With over 27 years’ experience teaching computer applications, developing course curriculum, and designing and developing on-line course content, her instruction skills are parallel to none.
As a Business Coach, Rhonda assists her clients and students in everyday use of the computer skills she teaches, designs and implements databases, constructs and maintains websites and manages on-line branding, and helps create content for distance learning and field training for off-site employees. She makes herself available to her clients and students 24/ 7 so that they can maximize their own efficiency and productivity in their daily tasks.
Rhonda holds numerous certifications, including Microsoft Office User Specialist, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Developer, Microsoft Excel Certified Expert, Adobe Certified Trainer, Project Management Professional, Certified Law Enforcement Instructor, and she strives to remain on the cutting edge of software applications and uses. Though she uses the most current versions of operating systems and application software, she is always willing to meet the needs of a client to best serve the employees and students. From basic use of the applications, to integration with mobile devices and cloud technology, Rhonda helps her clients and students make the most of the modern world.
Kelsey has been providing counseling, coaching and professional training
services for various healthcare organizations, private companies, and Employee Assistance Programs for over 25 years.
She has a B.A. from Kent State University in Individual and Family Studies, is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with Supervisory credentials (LICDC-CS), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Certified Leadership Coach,
Certified Retirement Coach, grief educator and group facilitator and a trained mediator.
In 2002, she launched Eldercare Professionals of Ohio, LLC, a geriatric care management company educating and supporting caregivers, consumers, and professionals. The company operates three divisions; professional networking services, professional education and training services and care-giver coaching services. Since 1998, Kelsey has actively participated with the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association. She is currently the co-chair of their Work Life Committee and the chairperson of their Website Committee.
Since 2000, Kelsey actively supported the Cuyahoga County Conference on Aging planning committee. She is also a Board member for the Southwest Community Health System. Since 2010 she has organized an annual silent auction to support Cornerstone of Hope, a non-profit dedicated to those who are grieving.
Kelsey is the proud parent of her daughter Alyssa. Kelsey’s athletic interests are integrated into her business through her participation in organized sports to raise funds for non-profit organizations such as The Alzheimer’s Association and the American Cancer Society.
William Byrd is the Owner and Lead for Nightwing Computer Consulting. William has completed Cyber Terrorism training by The US Department of Homeland Security and the National Science Foundation and is a First-Line Responder Trainer. He works with heads of industry and state developing continuity plans in the event of cybersecurity incidents. Previously he has been the Program Manager for a FEMA grant funded cybersecurity training program that delivered instructor led courses nationally. William also conducts training classes on all levels of cybersecurity, programming, Scrum, and database management and security.
Mr. Byrd earned a Bachelor of Music Theory/Composition from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He also has associate degrees in Computer Programming, Computer Aided Drafting, and System Design and Analysis. He is a former Professor of Computer Science at University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College, University of Arkansas Little Rock, and Arkansas State University Three Rivers.
Mr. Byrd’s certifications include Microsoft Certified System Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Partner, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master, Apple Developer, Apple Partner, Cyber Security First-Line Responder, and Homeland Security Anti-Cyber-Terrorism Responder and Trainer.
