Pre-Employment
Career Exploration
Would you like to discover more about a particular job or career? Then career exploration can be useful. We can put you in touch with employers so you can get to know them better and find out more about what they do on a daily basis. We can also assist you in learning about the qualifications or training required for a certain profession, its pay scale, and any open vacancies in your neighborhood.
Your actions at work and your attendance are also taken into consideration. Through this evaluation, we will be able to jointly determine your strengths and weaknesses in order to determine which kind of work best matches you.
Utilizing Career Exploration allows you to examine all of your options and possibilities.
Digital/Job Skills Training
Through our Digiskills program we provide computer & digital training via our learning management system and their facilitators. Our vocational rehabilitation training for adults with disabilities seeks to provide the technological knowledge necessary for adults to not only enter the workforce but maintain a level of competitiveness that allows them to thrive in life.
The Digiskills program layout is easy to understand and customizable to address the individual needs of each client. We allow clients to begin their computer/digital training at a level that is appropriate for their existing technological experience. For example, we do not make people with advanced computer skills waste time relearning how to open the browser and instead take them down a learning path that enriches their knowledge of in-demand work skills.

To assist you in succeeding, our team will mentor you and provide feedback. You will discover your talents, areas for development, and prospective career aspirations thanks to our practical training. You will build self-confidence and professional abilities through the WAT program, which will help you succeed.
Community Based Assessment
What is community based assessment?
A Community-Based Assessment is used to determine your employability. Your vocational rehabilitation counselor may request that you take part in a CBA if they think you have the potential to work in the community. Local businesses provide opportunities to take part in community-based assessments. A CBA work site will be customized to fit your abilities and talents.
Any potential employment-related barriers would be found by the CBA. This enables Onebridge to direct you toward a good career path that will increase your level of independence.
If you attend the Onebridge Center daily in-person. You also get an opportunity to participate in Community Outings where you volunteer, learn how to access public transportation, conduct employer interviews and so much more.
